Anita Briem is an Icelandic actress . Her most well-known role is Hannah as the character she played on the film Journey to the Center of the Earth (2008) and her character of Jane Seymour in the TV series The Tudors. Briem was first introduced to acting when she was 9 years old at the National Theater in Iceland. In her early years as a child actor, she was a part of various plays, in radio and television shows from her homeland of Iceland. In the year 16 Briem made the move to London where she was part of an production of the theatre of the stage play Lenin in Love on New End Theater. New End Theater.
